Our telecom infrastructure has been designed to handle high volumes of data and voice traffic consistently.The equipment installed is able to handle voice and data with high quality .Our solution is a switch based call centre with a world class predictive dialer .

We have Nortel Meridian switch with Nortel Symposium ACD inbound solution having remote barging and Consulto Dialer with high scalability to handle the call routing as well as optimum efficiency on outbound calls using High end CISCO Routers. We have high end call recording/call logging solution with excellent voice quality. We have Web Based as well as Client Server solution for E-MAIL (inbound/outbound)

SERVERS & WORKSTATION

All Servers are high end Xeon servers with hot plug redundant power supplies, Raid-5 with memory interleaved option used with back-up and disaster recovery & 99.99% uptime .

We have LAN on Baystack switch from NORTEL with CAT 5E structured cabling certified by AMP.

All the work stations are latest P-4 Compaq machines with windows XP-P with Norton anti-virus enterprise edition.

UTILITIES

Power back-up is provided by dual 160 KVA.The electrical Supply into the facility is conditioned using a three phase servo stabilizer. All power supplies to the critical equipments like Servers, PC's, Dialer; Switch is fed through on-Line twin UPS connected in hot parallel redundant mode.

HARDWARE

All IT Equipment function through multiple levels of UPS. Servers are redundant across CPU, Storage & Power Supply.

SECURITY

Both Manual & Electronic Systems provide round the clock Security Surveillance & Vigilance.

FIRE & MEDICAL

Necessary fire safety arrangement for the entire center has been made with environment friendly extinguishers, multiple exits & smoke detectors & alarms. Arrangements have been made with a nearby 24 x 7 hospital for full medical facilities .
